Plain terms for a pilot service. Read the second section carefully — it is the one that matters most.
What you are buying
A personal report prepared by a person on the question you submit, a 21-day practice inside this application, and a closing report on day 21.
Delivery of the first report: within two working days of the focus being agreed.
What this service is not
It is not a medical or psychological service. It does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not replace professional care.
It makes no prediction about the future and guarantees no outcome of any kind — emotional, financial, relational or otherwise.
It is not a demonstration of physics or of any natural science. The language used is a frame for personal reflection.
If you are in acute distress, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency service.
Who may use it
Adults aged 18 or over only. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and the data deleted.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us and for the decisions you take in your own life.
Payment and cancellation
No payment is taken inside this application. After we agree the focus together, you receive a payment link.
You may cancel and receive a full refund at any point before the first report is delivered.
After delivery, refunds are considered case by case. Write to us and we will answer like people.
Your content
What you write stays yours. We use it only to prepare and deliver what you asked for.
We may use anonymised, aggregated patterns to improve the service. Nothing that could identify you leaves your account.
Ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time, from Settings. We may close an account that abuses the service or another person.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the service described here with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the decisions you take, since the service explicitly does not advise, diagnose or predict.
